1. The user discussed them removing the foldaway bleachers and that the limits of the flooring demo and put back would stop flush with the front face of where the fold away bleachers currently sit. Please clarify if we are to price any removal or replacement section for the bleacher pocket sections?

A: Negative. The bleachers will be a part of a separate requirement. Flooring will be flush with the wall.

2. The existing gym area has 4” black rubber cove base. Will the existing base be left in place? Or removed and replaced with new?

A: The 4” black rubber cove base will be removed and replaced new.

It was discussed that the existing substrate gym floor rubberized epoxy (tan in color) would be left in place and we are only responsible to remove the un-adhered black rubber matting and gym flooring system and then apply the new flooring system on top of the old existing rubberized epoxy (tan in color).

A: The removal would be complete upon removing the rubberized layer. There is no need to take out the dry pack.

A: See Attachment C.

12. Is the rubber underlayment below the floor grid attached with adhesive or just layed in place?

A: The rubber underlay is set in place. There is no adhesive applied.

13. From the pictures provided, there appears to be a dry pack floor leveler under the rubberized underlayment. Would this also be removed or does removal stop once the rubberized underlayment has been removed?

A: The removal would be complete upon removing the rubberized layer. There is no need to take out the dry pack.

14. Does the project duration of 60 calendar days from NTP include the time to procure materials? It is assumed not, and the 60 calendar days is for construction only once material has been approved, ordered, and arrived.
