SUBJECT: FA449720R0017, Project No. 1076655, Replace Automated Temperature Controls B116, Questions and Answers Clarification

The following is a list of clarification questions posed by prospective contractors and the corresponding answers.

Q1. With the replacement of the VAVs and controls throughout the building, will testing and balancing of the air and water be required for the HVAC system?

A1. The SOW does not call for TAB. The controls and VAVs should be a 1 for 1 swap. The SOW requires the contractor to ensure proper operations during commissioning.
