Travis Base Paint

QUESTIONS and ANSWERS #1

1. Question: Can respondents use CCASS evaluations and past performance questionnaires previously submitted for other submittals in place of the provided

Attachment 3 PPQ?

Answer: It is expected that the past performance questionnaires be provided on behalf of all contractors providing a proposal for the Basic Ordering Agreement. CCASS, PPIRS, FAPIIS, and CPARS are tools the Contracting Officer may use in evaluating past performance.

2. Question: Can JOC/IDIQ contracts be submitted for Past Performance?

Answer: As long as the performance is “rated” by a previous customer and the performance is relevant and recent, any contracting vehicle is acceptable.

3. Question: In regards to the aforementioned bid, do we need to mail in an original package to you guys? Also, are there any pages to be signed and or sealed?

Answer: The 60th Contracting Squadron is going 100% paperless. All proposals and supporting documentation are to be emailed to charles.wilson.43@us.af.mil and vallarie.kilkenny@us.af.mil.

4. Question: Is it possible to get Attachment 2 in xls format for above mentioned project.

Please advise.

Answer: An editable verson of Attachment 2 will be provided.

5 Question: Is the work outlined in this RFP currently being performed under any incumbent contracts with the USAF, or if this is new work that is being procured?

If there are incumbent contracts, I am hoping to learn the names of any and all incumbents, and the corresponding contract numbers.

Answer: Travis AFB paint/signage/marking requirements are currently being satisfied by Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity contract FA4427-13-D-0101. The contractor is

PRIDE Industries. This contract is set to expire 26 March 2017.
