Project # MXDP 16-1040 June 08, 2018
STATEMENT OF WORK
REPLACE COOLING SYSTEM, B448
PROJECT LOCATION: Laughlin AFB, TX
BASE PROJECT NUMBER: MXDP 16-1040
08 JUNE 2018
1.0 INTRODUCTION

The completed project shall include the replacement of the chiller, cooling tower, pumps and pipes. Failure to provide this project will allow numerous dorm rooms in building 449 and 450 to remain unusable due to the lack of HVAC, which will drive up the cost of housing students on the local economy.
2.0 SCOPE OF WORK
The Contractor is to furnish all materials, labor, tools, equipment, transportation, and all other incidentals necessary to complete the work outlined in this Statement of Work (SOW) and to turn over to the Government a complete and useable area.
