STATEMENT OF WORK

Sustainment/Restoration and Modernization Acquisition Task Order Contract

(SATOC)

CONTRACTOR’S SCHOOL

SATOC TASK ORDER 0001

29 Sep 2005

1. OBJECTIVE

This Performance Work Statement describes the requirements for the Contractor to attend and participate in an abbreviated, one-day SATOC Contractor’s School to be held at Tyndall AFB, FL. The SATOC Contractor’s School will be used to educate the SATOC contractor’s on AFCESA organizational structure, AFCESA contracting processes, and provide a forecast into S/R&M requirements throughout the Air Force. Specifically, the Contractor will attend the School, participate in panel discussions and introduce their key personnel called out in the RFP along with all other technical, administrative and contract staff necessary to successfully interact with AFCESA and its customers in the execution of the SATOC contract. Each contractor shall attach contact information for all persons named on the organization chart and provide a copy of the chart and the contact information to AFCESA as a deliverable. (A008)

2. SCOPE

The Contractor shall attend and participate in the SATOC Contractor’s School at Tyndall AFB, FL. This Contractor’s School is intended as a kickoff meeting for the SATOC contracts. AFCESA will explain the role of the SATOC Contractors in supporting AFCESA and its customers in upcoming construction requirements. Concerns of the SATOC Contractors will be aired and discussed with the intent of building an open, honest dialogue to help promote effective use of the SATOC program. Contract deliverables will be explained as they relate to the basic contract. Exact dates and time for this conference will be provided at the time of contract award.

3. TASKINGS AND DELIVERABLES

The Contractor shall send the Program Manager and any other representatives whose roles will be integral to the management and contractual aspects of the SATOC contract to the Contractor’s School at Tyndall AFB, FL. The SATOC contractor will be an active participant in the discussions and provide advice, offer opinions, and present views from other sectors of commercial, federal and private industry that may be used in helping AFCESA improve the administration and execution of its customers’ construction requirements. This Contractor’s School task order provides firm-fixed-price compensation in the amount of $2500 for travel, per diem expensed, and labor costs for all attendees.
