SITE VISIT RULES OF ENGAGEMENT
Solicitation: FA252120B0009 Project Number: DBEH 12-1551
Project Description: Repair Various Lift Stations CCAFS, FL August 18, 2020 at 10:00 AM EST
The purpose of this site visit is to allow prospective offerors the opportunity to inspect the site where the work is to be performed, in accordance with clauses at FAR 52.236-2-- Differing Site Conditions and FAR 52.236-3-- Site Investigations and Conditions Affecting the Work.
It will be assumed all attendees are familiar with the solicitation and all attachments (i.e.
Statement of Work, Technical Specifications, and Drawings.)
Names that are provided to the contracting officer for access to the pre-bid site visit will be placed on an Installation Access List (IAL). Please meet at the CCAFS Visitor Center parking lot no later than 20 minutes prior to the site visit start time so that the pre-bid site meeting can start promptly at 10:00 am EST (Attachment #4). Once at the Main Gate please inform the Security Officer that you are on the IAL for FA252120B0009 pre-bid site visit. Please ensure that you have the following documents if you plan on driving on base—current driver’s license, valid insurance, and vehicle registration.
Late arrivals will not be accommodated.
IAL (Attachment 2) must be completely filled out and returned to Sandra Seman at sandra.seman@us.af.mil no later than 1:00pm EST on August 11, 2020. Please complete the attachment digitally, no handwritten entries.
The Program Manager, Greg Deal, will be attending the pre-bid site visit; HOWEVER, the intent of this site visit is for all bidders to receive the same information. Therefore, ALL questions shall be submitted in writing using the Question and Answer (Q&A) Template provided (Attachment 3). All questions and answers must be submitted to the contracting officer no later than 3:00 am EST on August 27, 2020. Please e-mail completed Q&A document to sandra.seman@us.af.mil.
Questions will be posted on FBO.gov on or around September 04, 2020 to support the September 15, 2020 bid closing date and time (2:00 pm EST).
