29. Who is the manufacturer and what type of gear is the existing 1SWB1?
GE Spectra Series switchboard.
30. What type of main breakers is in the existing 1SWB1?
Main breakers are GE TP2525TTE1CR with TR25B2500 plugs.
31. What is AIC rating for the breakers?
Main breakers are 100 kAIC.
32. Are the main breakers equipped to receive keyed mechanical interlocks or should new breakers be installed?
Facility as-built documentation shows that breakers were originally equipped with mechanical interlocks; however it is undetermined whether interlocks were simply removed or circuit breakers replaced when system was last modified. GE TP2525TTE1CR are electrically operated.
33. What is the Short Circuit/AIC rating for the new ATS's.
New ATSs are 25 kAIC minimum.
34. Are the ATS's to be 3P with solid neutral per the spec or 4-pole per the drawings?
ATSs are 4-pole per the drawings.
35. Please provide specification or clearly define the scope for the Coordination study.
Coordination study is to start at the new transformers and end at the existing switchgear.
Submit Time Current Curves (TCCs) and proposed settings to the contracting officer for approval prior to implementation. Ensure TCCs demonstrate coordination of all new equipment installations to existing equipment (1SWB1). Coordination of existing equipment downstream of 1SWB1 is out of scope.
36. What are the ratings for the CT's and PT's for the ECB Main A and B?
Existing ratings on CTs and PTs are unknown. Contractor must determine ratings during planned outage and match ratings on existing equipment to new CTs and PTs.

NEMA 4X Stainless Steel.
38. Is the pull box big enough and please provide basis of design part number and manufacturer?
Pull box is sized to minimum in accordance with NFPA 70 Article 314.71. Specific size of box may vary based on contractor’s means and methods of installation (ie, specific conduit entry and exit points). No specific manufacturer or part number is to be provided.
39. Please provide meter type and manufacturer.
Square D ION.
40. Does sensing voltage for the meter require a set of potential transformers?
Yes.
41. In the meter compartment, is there existing current transformer shorting block and potential transformer fuse blocks?
Unverified, but it is believed that shorting blocks and fuses exist.
42. Does the SCADA System exist and is it functional or will new integration be required?
