Half size drawings were issued on FBO. Can a full-size set of drawings be issued to help ensure accuracy of take-off estimates?
Answer:
I have just one "Office Copy" of full size drawings provided by the AE.
Half size drawings should be sufficient, though a strain on the eyes. Any contractors' estimator who cares to come by my office, may sit down with this copy to make his takeoff. AutoCAD drawings of specific sheet(s) can be made available as well, although we don't normally provide these to bidders.
