About this file

This document is an Exhibit N form from the Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA) pertaining to the Intranet Quorum (IQ) Support Services and Software Maintenance contract opportunity. The exhibit establishes procedures for handling confidential or proprietary information submissions in accordance with the Texas Public Information Act (PIA). Respondents are required to declare whether their proposal contains confidential or proprietary information and, if applicable, submit a separate Public Information Act Copy alongside their original proposal. The form requires that any claims of confidentiality be specific and clearly marked rather than made as blanket assertions, as improper designations may result in adverse rulings from the Office of the Texas Attorney General. The document must be completed and submitted as part of the response to the solicitation.

The form provides three disclosure options for respondents to select: designating the proposal as exempt from public disclosure with specific confidential or proprietary information clearly marked; submitting confidential information with a separate redacted Public Information Act Copy as referenced in the solicitation requirements; or certifying that the proposal contains no confidential or proprietary information and therefore requires no separate public copy. Authorized company representatives must sign and date the completed form, with the document revision dated March 7, 2024.
