The exhibit specifies comprehensive insurance requirements including general liability, automobile liability, workers' compensation, and other coverage types with minimum limits that contractors must meet. These insurance policies must name the County of Alameda and its officials as additional insureds and remain in force for the entire contract period. The contractor is responsible for obtaining certificates of insurance demonstrating compliance with all specified coverage requirements prior to commencing work on the elevator modernization project. Insurance policies must be issued by carriers authorized to do business in California and maintain ratings acceptable to the County.
