About this file
This document is an Offeror Response Questions exhibit for RFP AAGA 2026-0280, a custodial services solicitation issued by the Colorado AAGA (Airport Agencies Association of Colorado or similar state consortium) for fiscal years 2026/27. The RFP solicits proposals for comprehensive custodial services to be provided at specified facilities. The document serves as a structured questionnaire requiring offerors to provide detailed responses addressing specific operational, staffing, compliance, and service delivery requirements. Key submission elements include documentation of the proposer's qualifications, experience with similar contracts, staffing plans, training protocols, equipment and supplies specifications, scheduling capabilities, quality assurance procedures, and responses to technical evaluation criteria. Offerors must demonstrate their ability to meet performance standards, maintain adequate insurance and bonding, comply with prevailing wage requirements if applicable, and provide references from similar custodial service contracts.
The exhibit requires offerors to provide detailed information regarding pricing methodology, labor costs, equipment provisions, supply management, and proposed staffing levels to support evaluation of cost-reasonableness and technical capability. Responses must address the scope of work comprehensively, including frequency of service, special cleaning requirements, floor care protocols, restroom sanitation standards, waste management procedures, and any specific facility conditions or constraints. The questionnaire format enables the contracting entity to assess whether proposers possess the operational infrastructure, management systems, and personnel qualifications necessary to deliver consistent, high-quality custodial services throughout the contract term. All responses must be submitted according to the RFP's specified format and deadline to be considered for evaluation and award.
