The project provides preventive maintenance and repair services on multiple laboratory instruments located at 8100 Lowry Blvd, Denver, Colorado 80230. The contractor shall supply only trained and certified maintenance and repair technicians to ensure laboratory instruments remain in working order and provide accurate test results throughout the contract term. The work plan objectives require that service and maintenance be completed no later than the contract expiration date, with the expected result being decreased downtime and continuous operational status of specified laboratory instruments.
Service or replacement parts requiring additional fees must be performed only upon written approval from the CDPHE Laboratory Fiscal Services Manager or Laboratory Purchasing Agent, accompanied by a detailed quote, with the available budget modified accordingly by the State. Compensation is provided through annual invoicing, with invoices due within forty-five calendar days after the end of each billing period and final billings required within thirty calendar days of contract expiration or termination. The State of Colorado Purchase Order Terms and Conditions govern the purchase. CDPHE's Laboratory Purchasing Agent will monitor compliance throughout the contract period through documentation review, progress reports, and fiscal and programmatic documentation. Non-compliance issues will be addressed through written notification and collaborative resolution plans, with enforcement action available to the State if the contractor demonstrates inaction or disregard for agreed-upon corrective measures.
