About this file
This document contains a set of Preventive Maintenance Checklists for various HVAC equipment, including air handlers, chillers, boilers, pumps, and cooling towers. The checklists detail the quarterly, semi-annual, and annual maintenance tasks required for these assets, such as inspecting components, cleaning coils and filters, lubricating bearings, checking refrigerant levels, and testing controls and safety devices. The checklists specify the tools, safety equipment, and materials needed, as well as the estimated time to complete each task. This comprehensive maintenance plan is likely part of a broader solicitation for HVAC maintenance services at a U.S. government facility, as indicated by the related federal contract opportunity for HVAC Maintenance Services at the U.S. Tri-Mission in Rome, Italy.
