About this file
This is an Evaluation Criteria exhibit for a Third Party Administrator (TPA) Conflict Claims contract opportunity with Metro in California. The document establishes the assessment framework by which proposals will be evaluated and ranked to select the qualified vendor responsible for delivering administrative, operational, and compliance-related services for conflict claims management. The evaluation criteria outline the specific standards and measures against which bidders' qualifications, experience, technical approaches, and organizational capacity will be assessed to determine the most qualified respondent.
The evaluation criteria document provides the methodology and weighted scoring system that Metro will employ during the selection process. This exhibit serves as a critical reference for prospective bidders to understand the evaluation priorities and demonstrate alignment with Metro's requirements and expectations. By publishing these criteria in advance, Metro establishes transparency in the procurement process and enables bidders to develop proposals that directly address the stated evaluation factors and performance expectations for TPA services related to conflict claims administration.
