About this file
This is a Pricing Schedule (Exhibit 2) for a Temporary Traffic Control Services solicitation issued by the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (LACMTA or Metro) under RQ143706(2). The solicitation requests quotes for temporary traffic control services with an anticipated six-month period of performance. Bidders must submit pricing using this exhibit and are required to include at least two references through Exhibit 7 (Past Performance). The submission deadline is 4:00 PM (PDT) on September 9, 2026, with questions due at least three business days prior to the close date. Award will be made to the bidder offering the best value based on price, past performance, and ability to meet prevailing wage and insurance requirements.
The pricing schedule contains two primary bid items: Lane Closure with Tech Support at $5 per night (estimated 4 nights annually with a blank unit cost for bidder completion), and Permits and Fees Allowance at a fixed $2,025.00 per occurrence for 4 occurrences annually, totaling an estimated $10,125.00 as the grand total basis of award. The Lane Closure service assumes two foremen working four hours each during the night shift (4:00 PM to 7:00 AM), with all costs fully burdened to include overhead, general administration, fees, profit, and materials. An optional Labor Rates schedule is provided for as-needed traffic control services with an estimated 40 hours over the six-month performance period, allowing Metro to request work from various classifications including Watch Persons, Flaggers, Supervisors, Foremen, and Installers at fully burdened day rates, night rates, and weekend/holiday rates. Estimated quantities are provided for evaluation purposes only and are not guaranteed; actual quantities may vary based on Metro's needs.
