About this file

This is a registration guide for the City of Minneapolis eSupplier system, which is the required platform for conducting business with the City of Minneapolis. The document provides step-by-step instructions for vendors and contractors to register their businesses in the eSupplier portal before they can participate in any City solicitations, including the RFP for Court Reporting Services. The registration process requires vendors to provide identifying information such as SSN, EIN, or TIN; business name and type; primary business address and email; at least one contact person with login credentials; and selection of relevant sourcing categories to receive notifications of applicable solicitations. The guide walks users through confirmation of information, acceptance of terms of agreement, and submission of the registration for approval.

Following successful submission, vendors receive an approval email containing their User ID and a temporary password, which they must use to access eSupplier and set a permanent password. This registration is a prerequisite for all vendors seeking to bid on City of Minneapolis contracts, including specialized services such as court reporting. No pricing terms, contract amounts, or specific solicitation details are contained in this registration guide, as it serves solely as an instructional document for the vendor registration process.
