About this file
This is an Invitation for Bid (IFB) issued by the State of Texas for the procurement of a cargo container office. The project involves the acquisition of a container-based office structure to meet the state's operational needs. The IFB document outlines the technical specifications and requirements for the container office, including dimensions, structural integrity, interior finishes, and compliance standards. Bidders are required to submit sealed bids in accordance with the stated deadlines and procedures. The contract will be awarded to the responsive and responsible bidder offering the lowest evaluated price. The term of the contract includes provisions for delivery and installation of the cargo container office at the designated location, with specific performance milestones and acceptance criteria outlined in the bid documents.
Pricing shall be submitted on a lump-sum basis for the complete delivery and installation of the cargo container office, including all materials, labor, and associated costs. The bid must be responsive to all specifications and requirements detailed in the IFB. Bidders must demonstrate capability to meet quality standards and delivery schedules. The procurement may include provisions for warranty periods and post-delivery support. Funding for this procurement is provided through the State of Texas general budget allocation. All bids must comply with applicable state procurement regulations and competitive bidding requirements. Preference may be given to in-state vendors or small businesses in accordance with Texas procurement policies.
