About this file
This is a Form 1: Execution of Bid for Invitation for Bid (IFB) No. 3202600219 issued by the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) for the procurement of a ServiceNow Power BI Plug-In Connector from acSoft Inc. The document serves as the formal bid submission and acknowledgment form that bidders must complete, sign, and return to TWC. By executing this form, the bidder acknowledges receipt of all TWC Terms and Conditions, agrees to provide the items and services described in the IFB, and commits to abiding by all specified contract terms. The form requires bidders to provide comprehensive company information including legal name, mailing address, billing address, phone number, fax number, email address, Employer Identification Number (EIN), and Texas Identification Number (TIN).
The form establishes critical notification requirements for the bidder, including the obligation to notify TWC of any substantial changes in financial condition within ten days of occurrence, changes in ownership or control within thirty days prior to occurrence, and pending litigation or adverse actions within thirty days of initiation. All bidders are required to obtain an EIN prior to contract award. The document includes multiple preference categories under Texas statute, allowing bidders to claim preferences for goods and services produced or offered by Texas-based entities, service-disabled veteran-owned businesses, agricultural products, recycled or environmentally sensitive materials, energy-efficient products, and other designated preference categories. No specific pricing information, contract term, or renewal options are detailed in this execution of bid form.
