About this file

This is a Statement of Qualifications Form (Attachment B) for RFP 2026-1194 issued by Texas Tech University (TTU) for Real Estate Brokerage Services. The RFP seeks a qualified real estate brokerage firm to provide comprehensive services including land, commercial, and residential property brokerage; market valuation methodologies; broker price opinions; comparative market analyses; and appraisal coordination. Proposers must demonstrate experience with higher-education institutions or public-sector clients, detail their transaction history for the past five years by property category and dollar value, and explain their capabilities for providing dashboards, analytics, and reporting summaries to TTU. Additionally, proposers must describe their internal quality assurance processes, technology platforms for market analytics and transaction management, expected response times for inquiries and urgent needs, and communication plans including points of contact and escalation procedures.

The form includes a separate section for Professional Services as defined in the RFP and Texas Government Code 2254, which requires proposers to disclose whether they will provide such services and to document relevant experience with large commercial land and facility appraisals. Proposers offering Professional Services must identify whether they are Certified General Real Estate Appraisers or provide Broker Price Opinions, provide examples of recent valuation reports, and describe their survey coordination processes, historical deed research capabilities, and equipment or software used for conducting and distributing land surveys. No price information should be submitted in relation to Professional Services or brokerage services as part of the response to this RFP.
