About this file
This addendum to Request for Proposal 26-103 issued by Alvin College, a public community college in Brazoria County, Texas, provides clarification on submission requirements for NCLEX-RN and NCLEX-PN licensure preparation services. The addendum addresses a vendor inquiry regarding the acceptability of digitally signed and notarized proposal copies in lieu of traditional ink-signed original documents. Alvin College confirmed that digitally signed and notarized copies that have been printed are acceptable submission formats. This clarification was issued in response to questions posed during the RFP process prior to the June 2, 2026 proposal deadline.
The addendum does not modify the core RFP requirements, evaluation criteria, or contract terms but serves to remove ambiguity regarding acceptable signature authentication methods for proposal submissions. Vendors responding to RFP 26-103 should note this clarification when preparing their proposals to ensure compliance with the college's revised documentation standards while maintaining the integrity and verifiability of their submissions.
