- 6 -collection and analytics capabilities accessible to district staff; for example, through asset telematics platforms, or other tools that enable predictive maintenance and transparent dashboard reporting, such as accountability, non-revenue water, pump pressures and temperatures, or other plant operational metrics.
2. Qualifications
A. Provide a list of up to 3 representative clients that are similar to the District and for which your firm currently provides operations services. For each client identified on the list, indicate the number of years for which your firm has provided operations service and, if the client maintains a website, the website address for the client. We would encourage your firm to select and explain why one of the clients identified on the list best demonstrates the abilities of your firm to serve as the District's operator.
B. Provide a recent operations report presented to a client similar to the District. Such reports may be redacted to protect account information. Indicate if there is additional information you recommend be included on monthly reports that would be provided to the District, and why you believe it would be beneficial for inclusion in the report.

For any personnel who will be assigned to operations of a water plant or wastewater treatment plant, please indicate the highest Class of water and/or wastewater license currently held by such person. Please note that the District expects a minimum licensing Class of "C" Operators, with a strong preference for higher-rated personnel being assigned to operate the District's facilities. For all listed personnel, please indicate the amount of time they have been continuously employed by your company, as well as how long they have been within the water and wastewater operations sector.
4. Conflicts of Interest
Please disclose any actual or potential conflicts of interest that could be created by your company's engagement by the District.
5. References
Please provide names, addresses, and phone numbers of three references.
