About this file

This document is an addendum to a solicitation issued by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) for their Annual Occupational Medical Monitoring Program (RFP 582-25-00009). The purpose of this program is to survey the health status of selected TCEQ employees who are regularly exposed to hazardous substances, as required by federal occupational safety regulations. TCEQ is seeking proposals from centrally located medical facilities to provide annual physical examinations at multiple regional locations across Texas. The deadline for submitting proposals is September 4, 2024 by 3:00 PM Central Time. Proposals must be submitted through TCEQ's secure file transfer protocol (FTP) server. The solicitation will be evaluated based on the responder's qualifications, key personnel, technical approach, and total price.

The scope of work requires the selected contractor(s) to provide a comprehensive set of medical tests and examinations for TCEQ employees, including physician/nurse practitioner exams, various tests and screenings. TCEQ anticipates making multiple awards for this solicitation. Respondents are advised to review the terms and conditions, as well as legal considerations such as confidentiality requirements and recently enacted state certifications, as some contract terms may not be negotiable.
