About this file
This document is a Commercial Automobile Broad Form Endorsement modifying a Business Auto Coverage Form insurance policy. The endorsement appears to be a standard insurance document from the Insurance Services Office, Inc., which provides detailed modifications to an existing commercial automobile insurance policy's terms and conditions.
The endorsement includes several key coverage extensions and modifications, such as: broadening the definition of insured parties to include subsidiaries, newly acquired organizations, employees, lessors, and persons/organizations under written contracts; expanding coverage for fellow employees; adding provisions for temporary transportation expenses, auto loan/lease gap coverage, rental agency expenses, and recovery of stolen vehicles; and modifying deductible, glass repair, and mental anguish coverage terms. Notably, the document provides specific financial limits for various coverage aspects, including a $50 per day temporary transportation expense (max $1,000), up to $2,500 in rental agency expense recovery, and a $2,000 limit for audio/visual electronic equipment losses.
