About this file
This document contains instructions from the City of Detroit for completing the Emergency Professional Rate Schedule for an emergency residential demolition project at 13517 Heyden in Michigan. Respondents are required to submit unit rates for two primary service categories: Demolition (including administration, supervisor, laborer, equipment, regulated and non-regulated material trucking, and disposal of asbestos-containing and construction/demolition materials) and Backfill, Grade, and Site Finalization (including administration, supervisor, laborer, equipment, backfill material, and topfill material). All highlighted cells in the rate schedule must be completed with specific unit rates corresponding to the designated unit types.
Respondents must provide rates as mean (average) values per unit of measure and may not submit ranges, conditional notes, alternate unit types, or leave any rate fields blank, with the City of Detroit reserving the right to deem incomplete submissions non-responsive. The City also reserves the right to request clarification on any submitted unit rate within twenty-four hours. Completion of the Professional Rate Schedule does not constitute acceptance of the proposed rates by the City of Detroit. Respondents should refer to the applicable Scope of Services for additional clarification on service type definitions or contact the City directly for guidance.
