About this file

This document contains instructions for completing the Emergency Professional Rate Schedule for the City of Detroit in connection with an emergency commercial demolition project at 304 E State Fair in Michigan. Respondents are required to submit unit rates for two primary service categories: Demolition (which includes administration, supervisor, laborer, equipment, regulated and non-regulated trucking, and disposal of asbestos-containing and construction/demolition materials) and Backfill, Grade, & Site Finalization (which includes administration, supervisor, laborer, equipment, backfill material, and topfill material). All highlighted cells in the Professional Rate Schedule must be completed with dollar values corresponding to specified unit types.

The City of Detroit requires that all unit rates be submitted as a single mean or average value per unit of measure and will consider submissions incomplete or non-responsive if they contain rate ranges, qualifying notes, alternate unit types, or blank fields. The city reserves the right to question or request clarification on any submitted unit rate, with respondents required to provide clarification within twenty-four hours of such request. Completion of the Professional Rate Schedule does not constitute acceptance of the proposed rates by the City of Detroit.
