About this file
This document contains instructions from the City of Detroit for completing a Professional Rate Schedule applicable to an Emergency Residential Demolition project located at 8618 Warwick in Michigan. Respondents must provide unit rates for two primary service categories: Demolition (including administration, supervisor, laborer, equipment, regulated and non-regulated material trucking, and asbestos-containing material and construction debris disposal) and Backfill, Grade, and Site Finalization (including administration, supervisor, laborer, equipment, and backfill and topfill materials). All highlighted cells in the rate schedule must be completed with pricing information, and respondents should reference the applicable Scope of Services for clarification on service type definitions.
The City of Detroit requires that unit rates be submitted as single mean values per unit of measure rather than ranges, without qualifying notes or alternate unit types. The City reserves the right to deem incomplete any submissions that contain rate ranges, conditional language, alternate unit types, or blank rate fields. Additionally, the City may request clarification on any submitted unit rate within twenty-four hours of request, and respondents must provide such clarification within that timeframe. Completion of the Professional Rate Schedule does not guarantee City acceptance of the proposed unit rates.
