About this file
This document is a Professional Rate Schedule instruction guide issued by the City of Detroit for emergency residential demolition services related to the property at 3867 W Kirby in Michigan. Respondents are required to submit completed business and contact information along with unit rates for two primary service categories: Demolition (including administration, supervisor, laborer, equipment, regulated and non-regulated trucking, and disposal of asbestos-containing and construction/demolition materials) and Backfill, Grade, and Site Finalization (including administration, supervisor, laborer, equipment, backfill material, and topfill material). All highlighted cells on the Professional Rate Schedule must be completed with corresponding dollar values for each service type and unit type.
The City of Detroit requires that all unit rates be submitted as mean averages per unit of measure (such as hourly rates) and will reject submissions containing rate ranges, qualifying notes, alternate unit types, or blank fields as incomplete and non-responsive. Respondents must be prepared to provide clarification on any submitted unit rate within twenty-four hours of request from the City. The submission of a completed Professional Rate Schedule does not constitute acceptance by the City of Detroit of the proposed rates. Respondents should reference the applicable Scope of Services for additional clarification on service types or contact the City of Detroit directly with questions regarding the rate schedule completion requirements.
