# Question Answer

Can the Government clarify the use of 1920 Estimated Labor Hours in Attachment J-001, rather than the CBA based calculated annual Labor Hours?

For clarification, this amount represents the total estimated maximum labor hours available for ordering.

If we are to use the 1920 estimated Labor Hours used in Attachment J-001, does the 1920 hours include overtime for the employees covered by the CBA?

No, there is no overtime anticipated for this contract or included in our estimated hours.
