E.1 CLAUSE INCORPORATION
FAR 52.252-2 Clauses Incorporated By Reference (FEB 1998)
This contract incorporates one or more clauses by reference, with the same force and effect as if they were given in full text. E.2 INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE
All work under this contract is subject to inspection and final acceptance by the Contracting
Officer or the duly authorized representative of the Government.
The Government's Contracting Officer, Project Manager, and COR are duly authorized representatives of the Government and are responsible for inspection and acceptance of all items to be delivered under this contract.
Inspection and acceptance of the Contractor’s performance shall be in accordance with FAR
52.246-4, Inspection of Services—Fixed Price, Aug 1996.
E.2.1 Deliverables
If a deliverable is rejected, the Contractor shall make all appropriate corrections within fourteen
(14) calendar days from receipt of written notification and will resubmit to the Contracting
Officer, Project Manager and COR for approval unless a different time period is specified in the notification.
If corrections are estimated to require more than fourteen (14) calendar days, the Contractor shall deliver a corrective action plan within seven (7) calendar days from receipt of written notifications of rejection. The plan shall clearly describe the corrective actions to be taken and the proposed schedule for accomplishing the actions.
E.2.2 Audits and Tests
The Government reserves the right to audit and/or inspect the Contractor’s operations, facilities, and procedures at any time during the period of performance of this contract.
The Government reserves the right to audit the Contractor’s staffing levels at any time during the period of performance of the contract.”
The Government may audit, and/or monitor any function of the Contractors (or Subcontractor’s if applicable) CBP operations and/or performance at any time.
The Government may conduct any inspection and tests it deems reasonably necessary to assure that the services provided conform in all respects to the contract requirements.
Services, which upon inspection are found not to be in conformance with contractual requirements, will be promptly rejected and notice of such rejection, together with appropriate instructions in writing, will be provided to the Contractor by the Contracting Officer, Project
Manager, or COR.
E.2.3 Subcontracts
FAR 46.105, Contractor Responsibilities
In accordance with FAR 46.105, Contractor Responsibilities, the Contractor shall hold all subcontractors, partners, and teaming members to the same standards of performance as required for the Contractor’s performance under this contract.
