About this file
This is a Disqualification Disclosure document related to the City of Pasadena Water and Power Department's Environmental Compliance and Engineering Support Services contract opportunity in California. The document serves as a formal disclosure statement that bidders must complete to confirm they are not disqualified from competing for the contract award. The disqualification disclosure typically requires bidders to certify their eligibility to participate in the solicitation process and to declare any circumstances that would render them ineligible under state and local regulations, federal requirements, or the specific terms outlined in the Request for Proposal.
The disclosure document functions as a compliance mechanism to ensure that only qualified and eligible firms are permitted to submit proposals for the environmental compliance and engineering support services contract. Bidders must acknowledge and affirm their understanding of disqualification criteria, which may include debarment status, suspension from federal or state contracts, conflicts of interest, prior performance issues, or other regulatory violations. This certification is a mandatory component of the proposal submission process and must be completed accurately and truthfully by all responding firms to validate their participation in the competitive bidding process.
