The amendment introduces new project dependencies related to state IT project requirements, specifically referencing Arizona Revised Statutes and Administrative Codes.

The amendment outlines critical approval processes for IT projects, mandating that projects with a total cost of $25,000 or more must submit a Project Investment Justification (PIJ) to the Arizona Department of Administration Arizona Strategic Enterprise Technology (ADOA-ASET) for review. 1. Cancel the Contract; or

2. Cancel the Contract and re-solicit the requirements.

Additionally, should project costs exceed $5,000,000, the Department shall require the budget unit to contract with an independent third party to review and guide the technology approach, scope, estimated cost, timeline for completion and overall feasibility of the project before making recommendations to ITAC.

2. All other terms, conditions and provisions of this contract remain unchanged.
