About this file
This document is an email exchange between Zachary Thayer from the Arizona Game and Fish Department and Ann Morris from RideNow Powersports Chandler, discussing contract paperwork and insurance requirements. The communication involves the State of Arizona's procurement process for a contract with RideNow Powersports Chandler, located in Chandler, Arizona.
The contract appears to involve services with an hourly rate of $165.00. Thayer requires RideNow to update their Certificate of Insurance (COI) to include a statement of additional insured, which is a mandatory requirement for finalizing the contract. The existing COI is set to expire on 08-01-25, and the procurement specialist is requesting an updated document with the specific additional insured language before the contract can be fully executed. The email indicates that once the updated COI is received, the Arizona Game and Fish Department will proceed with assigning and finalizing the contract.

Hi Ann-
Thank you for the information. We will start the process of assigning a contract and will let you know when it is in place.
In the meantime, I have attached a copy of the insurance document you sent. In order to finalize the contract, the State of Arizona requires that contractors include the attached statement of additional insured either on the coi certificate itself or as an attachment. Please work with your insurance provider to obtain an updated coi which includes the statement for additional insured. Once we have an updated coi we will be permitted to finalize a contract.
Thank you
