Re: Expansion of IRU Sponsorship with GEICO – I-17 Flex Lanes

Dear Mark, Travelers Marketing, on behalf of GEICO, hereby confirms support for the expansion of the current Incident Response Unit (IRU) sponsorship agreement with the Arizona Department of Transportation. This expansion is submitted pursuant to Section 3.5, Sponsorship Expansion, of the existing contract (Solicitation No. BPM006343), which provides for good-faith negotiation of sponsorship fee adjustments in the event additional vehicles or signage are added.

The expansion shall consist of sponsorship of one additional vehicle serving the I-17 Flex Lanes corridor, together with two highway signs located within the corridor. The annual sponsorship fee for these assets is established at $11,500, based upon the estimated impressions provided by ADOT and consistent with the current CPM rate in effect.

As the expansion will commence late in the 2025–2026 term, GEICO shall remit to ADOT a prorated amount. Such prorated amount shall be calculated on a daily basis commencing upon the deployment of the wrapped patrol vehicle and installation of the two highway signs, and shall extend through the conclusion of the current term (January 31, 2026). Commencing with the 2026–2027 term, the full annual fee shall be incorporated into the sponsorship, with quarterly payments to ADOT adjusted from $139,125 to $142,000.

We value ADOT’s continued partnership in advancing the IRU program and respectfully request written confirmation of this expansion.

Sincerely, Elizabeth Hemenway SVP, Operations – Marketing & Client Success Travelers Marketing
