About this file
This is a solicitation document from the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) Procurement division for a statewide contract for Pavement Raising, Deep Soil Stabilization, and Under Seal Services. The contract is specifically with URETEK USA, Inc., a contractor based in Tomball, Texas, and is designed to be an "on-call" term contract for services across various ADOT Maintenance Districts including Northeast, Southeast, Central, North Central, South Central, Northwest, and Southwest regions.
The contract will utilize structural high-density polyurethane to perform pavement raising and deep soil stabilization services, with work to be defined through individual task assignments. The contract term is twelve months, with potential extensions up to a maximum of 48 months. Services include void fill, stabilization, and lifting of concrete and asphalt pavements by injecting expanding polyurethane foam to specified grades. Injection will occur at approximately 4-foot intervals, with the goal of achieving measurable surface vertical displacement (normally 1/8" or less). The contract is exclusively for ADOT's use, and while specific pricing is not detailed in the excerpted documents, the contract establishes a framework for on-demand pavement maintenance services across Arizona's highway infrastructure.
