About this file
This document is a Contract Extension Amendment from the Arizona Game and Fish Department, involving Aktarius LLC (located in San Antonio, TX) for Archaeological Services. The contract extension is being processed through the Arizona Procurement Portal, with Diana Koistinen listed as the buyer and John Hutira as the supplier representative.
The contract (CTR068575) is being extended for twelve (12) months, moving the original expiration date from 11/16/25 to 11/16/26. The extension is for Archaeological Services as specified in Solicitation BPM005438 (Renewal Amendment - YR3). According to the document, the procurement team has determined that extending the current contract is more advantageous than conducting a new competitive procurement, and the current pricing is considered fair and reasonable based on current market conditions. The amendment was digitally signed by Mike Gelsleichter on 17 October 2025 and approved by Kristen Micurescu, Procurement Branch Chief, on the same date.
