About this file

This is a Contract Amendment #2 issued by the Arizona Department of Administration State Procurement Office for Contract CTR067402, involving Goodmans Inc. The amendment pertains to a Statewide Furniture, Products, and Related Services contract, with an effective date of June 10, 2025.

The original contract was awarded on August 30, 2023, with an initial one-year term and the option to renew in increments, not to exceed a total of five years. Amendment One, executed on September 1, 2024, extended the contract period through August 31, 2025, and added 5 additional manufacturers to the pricing list. This current amendment replaces the Price Sheet with "Price Sheet – A2," maintaining the same supplier discount percentages while reflecting manufacturer-indicated product price increases. All other contract requirements, specifications, terms, and conditions remain unchanged.
