About this file
The document is a Contract Amendment Summary from the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) Procurement division, involving Agate Software, Inc. for Amendment No. 1 to a contract related to E-Grants IGX Upgrade and Maintenance. The amendment is executed pursuant to the Uniform Terms and Conditions, Section 5, Contract Changes.
The amendment modifies the original contract by revising Section 12 on Price Increase, which outlines the process for requesting price adjustments, and adds Attachment 10 - Price Increase Percentages. The price increase percentages are structured across four renewal periods: 3% for the first renewal, 7% for the second, 10% for the third, and 13% for the fourth, all calculated against the original contract price. The amendment also removes the requirement for Business Auto Liability under Section 21.2.2. The contract (CTR064063) emphasizes that the State of Arizona does not automatically grant increases and requires documentation of need at the time of renewal.
