About this file
This document is a Contract Amendment (Amendment Four) between the Arizona Office of Tourism and an unnamed Supplier for Travel Trade and Media Relations Services in the United Kingdom. The contract was originally executed on November 9, 2022, and has been previously amended three times to extend the contract period. The current amendment is effective October 23, 2025, and involves modifications to the insurance requirements and Scope of Work.
The amendment updates insurance provisions to accommodate international companies, including adding currency specifications (USD) to insurance limits and requirements for certificates in English or translated. It also revises the Scope of Work for Sections 2.2.3 and 2.4.2 regarding Fulfillment services, clarifying reimbursement expectations for shipping costs of collateral materials like the Arizona Official State Travel Guide, State Map, and other promotional materials. The changes specify that shipping costs for specific collateral will be reimbursed monthly, while other fulfillment costs such as storage space and order management software are to be included in the monthly retainer. The contract period is set to run from November 9, 2022, to November 8, 2026, with the amendment extending services for Travel Trade and Media Relations in the United Kingdom.
