About this file

This document is a Contract Amendment Summary issued by the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) Procurement Division, involving Midway Chevrolet as the contractor. The amendment is specifically numbered as Amendment One (1) and relates to new vehicle purchases.

The amendment modifies the existing contract by adding Line Items 20-31 and correcting previously listed line items to reflect Phase One (1) instead of Phase Two (2). Phase Two (2) pricing is also being incorporated into the contract, with the provision that these terms can be terminated, canceled, or extended as specified in the original contract. All other terms, conditions, and provisions remain unchanged. The document indicates this is a state-level contract for vehicle procurement, with ADOT seeking to update and expand its vehicle acquisition terms with Midway Chevrolet.
