About this file
This is an Interagency Service Agreement (ISA) Amendment between the Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS) and Arizona State University (ASU), specifically involving the Arizona Biomedical Research Centre (ABRC). The amendment, labeled as Amendment No. 3 to Agreement No. CTR058310, is focused on the ABRC Educational Initiative with ASU and is effective for the year 2025.
The agreement outlines ASU's commitment to provide three core event categories: the Annual Cord Blood Conference (scheduled for April 17, 2025) with a budget of $50,000, the Arizona Business & Health Summit (planned for Fall 2025) with a $50,000 budget, and multiple small events to be competitively awarded with a $120,000 allocation. ASU will host an open application period from December 2024 through December 2025, soliciting funding applications between $1,000 to $50,000 for biomedical research and education events. The total contract value is set at $242,000, which includes $22,000 for indirect costs at a 10% rate. ASU is required to submit quarterly expenditure reports, provide post-event documentation, and collaborate closely with ABRC throughout the year.
