About this file
This document is an Additional Insured endorsement for a Commercial General Liability Coverage Part, involving the State of Arizona and its Department of Economic Security. The endorsement has two effective dates: 04/18/2022 and 10/02/2023, with the additional insured being the State of Arizona, its departments, agencies, boards, commissions, universities, and its officers, officials, agents, and employees.
The endorsement modifies insurance coverage to include the State of Arizona as an additional insured, specifically for liability arising from bodily injury, property damage, or personal and advertising injury related to the negligence in performing work. The insurance is primary and non-contributory with other insurance maintained by the additional insured, except in cases of sole negligence. The Additional Insured's insurance limits do not increase the original policy's limits, and all other policy terms, conditions, and exclusions remain unchanged.
