About this file
This document is a Contract Amendment Summary issued by the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) Procurement Division, located in Phoenix, Arizona. The amendment involves a contract with Econolite, a contractor providing traffic-related equipment and components, and is specifically related to Traffic Cabinets and Related Components funded through the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA).
The contract amendment extends the existing agreement from August 12, 2022 through August 11, 2023, with no changes to the existing terms and conditions. This one-year extension maintains the original scope of work for traffic cabinet and related component procurement, which appears to be part of a statewide or federal highway infrastructure contract. The amendment preserves all previous contractual provisions and simply prolongs the operational period of the existing agreement, suggesting continuity of supply and service for transportation infrastructure needs.
