About this file
This document is a Contract Amendment Summary issued by the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) Procurement division, involving the contractor Econolite for Amendment No. 7 of a contract related to Traffic Cabinets and Related Components, funded through the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA). The amendment introduces Paradigm Traffic Systems, Inc. as the authorized distributor for the contract.
The amendment extends the existing contract from August 12, 2025, through August 11, 2026, with a key change being that effective June 3, 2025, all orders and invoicing will be processed through Paradigm Traffic Systems, Inc. The contract appears to be for traffic-related infrastructure components, specifically cabinets and related items, and maintains all other original terms and conditions. The amendment suggests this is a continuing procurement arrangement for transportation infrastructure equipment, with a defined extension period and a shift in distribution channels.
