About this file
This document is a Waiver of Transfer of Rights of Recovery Against Others To Us endorsement, which is part of a Businessowners insurance policy (Policy Number: P102.192.740.1). The document specifically names the State of Arizona, including all of its departments, agencies, boards, commissions, universities, officers, agents, and employees as additional insured parties for losses arising from work performed by or on behalf of a qualified vendor.
The endorsement modifies the insurance policy's common conditions by waiving the insurer's right of recovery against the State of Arizona for any payments made for injury or damage arising from the vendor's ongoing operations or work completed under a contract. This waiver applies specifically to work included in the "products-completed operations hazard" and is limited to the State of Arizona and its associated entities as outlined in the policy schedule.
