About this file
This document is an insurance policy endorsement (Form E3306) for a Businessowners Auto Coverage Form, with Policy Number 971651595. The named insured party is the State of Arizona, including its departments, agencies, boards, commissions, universities, officers, officials, agents, and employees, specifically with respect to liability arising from activities performed by or on behalf of a contractor.
The endorsement modifies the policy's common conditions by adding a waiver of subrogation rights. Specifically, the insurance provider agrees to waive any right of recovery against the State of Arizona for payments made related to injury or damage arising from the contractor's ongoing operations or completed work. This waiver applies exclusively to the State of Arizona and its associated entities, and covers both current operations and work included in the "products-completed operations hazard." The endorsement is dated 1st Edition 6-97 and was copyrighted by Insurance Services Office, Inc. in 1992.
