About this file

This document is Contract Amendment No. 1 for Securities Custodian Services between the Arizona Department of Administration (State Procurement Office) and Avenu SLS Holdings, LLC, modifying a Master Service Agreement originally executed on April 16, 2021. The amendment specifically relates to the Arizona Department of Revenue's Unclaimed Property Section and expands the existing contract to include Mutual Funds Processing Services.

The amendment details the specific services Avenu will provide, which include receiving, liquidating, and transferring mutual fund shares for the Arizona Department of Revenue's Unclaimed Property Division. Pricing for these services is explicitly outlined, with fees structured as follows: $8.00 monthly maintenance fee per mutual fund account/CUSIP, $25.00 receipt fee per transaction processed, $25.00 sale/liquidation fee per transaction (with potential varying commission costs), and $25.00 for transferring a mutual fund into a claimant's name. The services involve complex interactions with fund holders, Bank of New York Mellon (BNYM), and claimants, including setting up fund accounts, processing sales, and managing transfer requests.
