Our proposed pricing for professional services as presented above is derived based on the cost analysis for Direct Costs, which includes the salary or wages paid to employees, plus, benefits (such as health insurance, retirement contributions), and payroll taxes; along with Overhead Costs, which are the indirect costs associated supporting the efforts of each professional, including office space, utilities, equipment, administrative support, insurance, risks mitigation, software and other tools, plus Profit, for the company, to cover risks and ensure financial sustainability.
Direct and Overhead Costs, vary per professional based on skill level and experience, and considers any specialization and credentials or accreditation of the professionals involved and may consider the geographic location factors such as the cost of living or regional demand. Project complexity can also influence the direct costs when considering complex or high-risk tasks. However, for this contract, the range of potential projects and tasks were considered.
