Dear Jennifer D. Wenger, Thank you for your confidence in Connect Worldwide LLC (CWW) and the Connect Worldwide Mexico office (CWW Mexico). We look forward to continue working with the Arizona Office of Tourism to promote Arizona in Mexico.
Here are the Final proposal for services rendered:
1. Methodology
Question: Key Personnel Account Manager. With hiring a Trade Account Manager will Pedro transition back to solely the PR Account Manager?
Answer: We envision two different scenarios and together with the AOT team, we will decide which one suits best to meet Arizona’s best interests. CWW Mexico has a team approach to all strategic and tactical marketing execution
1. Pedro can transition back to the PR Account Manager, but he will stay involved in the overall AOT account with the support of a Trade account manager, AOT will be involved in the recruiting process for the new hire.
2. Pedro will lead Arizona efforts in both PR and Trade as an account director to develop and execute high profile strategies and follow up. We will hire a Jr manager to provide support in reporting, account management and admin as well as all daily activities, ATO will be involved in the recruiting and process.
2. Pricing
