Bidders placed on the convicted vendor list following such a conviction are prohibited from submitting bids or performing work as contractors, suppliers, subcontractors, or consultants with any public entity for 36 months following placement on the list. False statements on the affidavit may result in bid rejection, debarment, and contract termination.
