Amendment #002 to Contract ATC-25-089: Non-Regulated Trash Collection Services
This document is an amendment to an indefinite delivery contract between the State of Florida, Department of Corrections (DOC), and Waste Pro of Florida, Inc. (FEIN: 59-3701785). The amendment modifies the contractor's pricing for non-regulated trash collection services across Regions 3 and 4, adding new service locations and updating pricing for Central Florida Reception Center (CFRC) facilities, including the South Unit, East Unit, and Main Unit, as well as Large Road Prison (RP). The amendment was executed on April 13, 2026, following approval by the DOC Procurement Director and Deputy General Counsel.
The revised pricing structure covers trash collection services at seven Department of Corrections facilities with varying container types, pick-up frequencies, and monthly costs. Services include 6-cubic-yard containers ($27.18-$35.50 per pick-up), 8-cubic-yard containers ($32.62-$35.25 per pick-up), 20-cubic-yard open containers ($1,262.00-$381.00 per pick-up), 30-cubic-yard containers ($4,050.00-$380.00 per pick-up), 40-cubic-yard compactor containers ($4,230.00-$763.00 per pick-up), and 96-gallon totes ($150.00-$763.00 per unit). Total monthly costs by facility are: CFRC South ($956.80), CFRC East ($4,050.00), CFRC Main ($9,542.60), Lake Correctional Institution ($8,888.96), Large Road Prison ($474.24), Marion Correctional Institution ($7,763.00), Orlando Community Release Center ($1,806.00), and Orlando Service Center ($142.00). Pricing includes all delivery, setup, fuel, maintenance, and disposal fees, with renewal pricing remaining equitable as referenced in Form PUR 1000.
